Scarlet Hand Painted Napkin Rings

These stunning napkin rings have been beautifully made by artisans in Kashmir using papier mache which has then been skillfully hand painted with a pretty deep scarlet floral design.

Also available in Pink, Green, Dark Green, Dark Blue or Light Blue, these will make a pretty addition to any table.
