Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within the same or next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 48, for delivery within 48 hours. If for some reason there is a delay or the item you have ordered is out of stock, then we will contact you.

If you have selected "Express" shipping at checkout, these orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, for delivery within 24 hours, if ordered by 2pm. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, will be sent on Monday.

If you have ordered something to be monogrammed, please note that this will take an additional 12-14 days to send. 

Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions / in the run up to Christmas, the delivery times quoted may be extended. If you have specific delivery instructions please let us know – we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Free shipping within the UK for orders over £250.00

Express Delivery 

Express Shipping (24hr delivery) is now available within the UK and costs £8.99. Orders must be placed before 2pm. 

Monogramming

Please note that monogramming takes an additional 12-14 days.

Collection

If you would like to 'collect in person', we are located in a little village called East Sharcott, just 5 minutes from Pewsey. We are here most days between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday or please email us info@sarahk.co.uk or Telephone: 01672 216767 and we can arrange a time that suits you.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver worldwide from the UK. 

If you would like your order to be sent overseas please contact us by email (info@sarahk.co.uk) or phone (+44(0)1672 216767) to confirm the postage options available. 

Please note, we always require an email address and a local telephone number for the destination for overseas orders.

For all overseas orders, the customer will be responsible for paying any import duties.
