How long will my order take to reach me?

We will send your order as soon as we have received payment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. If for some reason there is a delay or the item you have ordered is out of stock, then we will contact you. We have recently added an Express Option for Special Delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, will be sent on Monday morning.

Can my order be sent abroad?

Yes. If you would like your order to be sent abroad please contact us to confirm the postage options available for your order. 

An item I would like to order is out of stock - how can I order it?

If you would like to order an item that is out of stock please contact us and let us know what you would like to order. We may have already ordered the out of stock item, and will be able to tell you when it is due to arrive. Alternatively, we will order the item for you and it will take approximately 8/10 weeks to arrive. Alternatively you can click the 'notify me' button on the product page and you will be automatically emailed when the item is restocked on the website.

I like one of the embroidery designs but would prefer it in a different colour - is this possible?

Yes, as long as you choose one of the embroidery thread colours that you see featured in one of the products on the website, then we will be able to change the colour of an embroidery motif for you. The order will take approximately 8 weeks to arrive.

Can you embroider a special design for me?

Yes - we can accept bespoke designs. Bespoke designs are quoted on an individual basis according to the complexity of the design, and take longer to produce, so please allow time for this.
