Returns Policy

All of our products are handmade and therefore variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected. We are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections.

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on monogrammed or oilcloth orders or on sale items.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 28 working days of your purchase.

The product must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition at cost to you. Please contact us on +44 (0) 1672 216767, or email info@sarahk.co.uk to let us know that you would like to return your order.
